Pathway Recruitment have always practiced an inclusive equal opportunities program and welcome the introduction of a strong and committed Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

From our Give as you Earn scheme to the large number of charity events we host for our chosen charity; Haven House, we are always ensuring that we give something back to our community.

Like many companies we value our environment, both working and physical, and continuously strive towards ensuring we are as eco friendly as possible.

Knowing the impact of climate change we strive to be as environmentally aware as possible and always ensure that all electrical items and lights are switched off when we are not in the office.

We are always open to ways in which we can reduce our carbon footprint and run and actively encourage our staff to use the car pooling scheme. We further develop this dedication to the reduction of our carbon footprint by encouraging our staff wherever possible to utilize public transport, including in this, offering season rail tickets within their packages as an incentive.

Who do we support?

At Pathway Recruitment we actively support our chosen charity Haven House, ensuring that we do more than simply provide a donation and instead offer our time, expertise and network to assist them throughout the years.

Many of our employees have personally visited the Haven House Childrens Hospice to volunteer and witness for themselves first hand the impact this wonderful charity has on the families and individuals it assists.

A little information about Haven House:

"Haven House Children's Hospice is a special place for special children. We care for children and young people between the ages of 0 - 19 who have life-limiting condidtions and who are unlikely to reacg adulthood. We help families by providing a range of services that include day, short break and end of life care, together with therapeutic play in the community. Families can find the support they need when they need it most at no cost to themselves. Haven House Children's Hospice is a charity looking after children and their families in Central and North East London and West Essex."
